This Ocean 37 is a quality boat with a spacious interior and would make a good live aboard should you want to take extended holidays in Cyprus with friends or family. She has comfortable accommodation for 5 and benefits from an excellent internal layout and a fully fitted master bedroom with en suite. She is believed to have been originally owned by British aristocracy who had the interior fitted to a very high standard, including a 4 poster bed! She has been well looked after and has the look of a quality cruiser.
Whether you want to cruise the island or take a trip to Lebanon, this Broom ocean 37 is the ideal boat for you. If you simply want to relax in the sun she has oodles of deck space and is berthed in a quiet harbour only yards from local restaurants and the tourist area. The engines are in excellent order, both having been overhauled. (2010 & 2013)
She is offered at a very low price to allow for replacement of some of the navigation equipment which is a little dated but was not needed by the current owner.
