Broker's Comments
When first stepping on board this beautiful Marlow Legend 31, you would be forgiven for thinking she was a much bigger boat. The cockpit is spacious, allowing for sociable cruising, with nice touches such as fold up foot-rests (great when heeled over), and warp tidies. She is also set up for single handed sailing.
Down below the accommodation is incredible with two great size cabins and the saloon (which converts to another double), providing plenty of space, mainly due to the offset of the table which allows for free movement inside.
The galley is nicely appointed and all around she offers great head room even for taller sailors.
This was the Boat Show model and it shows, nicely finished she also includes:
Automatic Fire Extinguisher
Pro-Nautic Battery Charger
Radio CD with Bose speakers
Faux Teak Decking.
It is also worth noting that the Marlow Owners' Association's recommendation to attend to the window seals has been completed.
She was last out of the water in March 2023 for Antifouling.
