Large salon, very bright, with a U-shaped sofa. The sofa can be transformed into a single bed measuring 0.80 x 200 cm.
Reversible air conditioning and television.
At the rear, 2 steps lead you to the electric toilets (new SFA sanibroyeur replaced in 2023) opposite the bathroom with a large shower and sink.
Finally, the owner's cabin with a French double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm.
Presence of a freezer in the cabin.
The headroom is 2.10 m.
At the front of the salon, the galley with refrigerator, microwave oven, grill oven, and gas hob. The dinette table can be converted into a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. Finally, the forward cabin with 2 single bunk beds and its toilet has been converted into storage. A washing machine has found its place in the toilet. Possibility of reinstalling toilets provided the washing machine is removed.
This cabin can be used again for sleeping and is ideal for children.
Hot water is provided by an electric boiler when connected to shore power or by the generator, as well as by the engine via the heat exchanger.
The central heating is powered by a HANSA heater.

Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer for sale this 14.00 AK VAN DER VALK cruiser located in the Northern Burgundy / Central France region.
It is with regret that the owners are parting with this Dutch cruiser where they have spent many months during the summer periods. Designed as a second home, this boat requires some rearrangement more suitable for the new owners, especially if they wish to use the forward cabin more efficiently, without any extraordinary work, just reorganization!
Everything appears to be in perfect condition and functional; the hull was serviced at the end of June 2023, with all 10 anodes replaced. The interior is clean, no frills, everything is functional. There is only one helm station on the flybridge.
With an air draft of 3.50 m with the awning raised and 2.96 m when lowered and windshield removed, it reduces to 2.50m, making it accessible to most rivers and canals.
The mooring space can be taken over!
