Broker's Comments
Building on their success with sailing yachts, Bavaria Yachts has also become a leading producer of motor yachts since 2001, applying the same principles of precision and ingenuity while putting greater emphasis on the quality of the fit-out.
The result is a range of super-stylish performance sports boats, and the Bavaria 450 Sports Coupe is a prime example of precision engineering at its finest. Its layout, both above and below deck, adapts easily to different uses and varying weather conditions, eliminating many of the compromises typically faced when choosing which boat suits your needs.
The 450 Sport offers three configurations: an open cockpit, a fully enclosed hard top, or—like this one—a hard top with an electric sliding coachroof and a lowering aft window. It’s truly the best of both worlds, delivering incredible 360° visibility without the need for any canvas.
As a Boat Show model, she came highly spec’d from the start, with a hydraulic bathing platform that’s a real benefit. It not only makes launching the tender a breeze but also creates a convenient ‘swim-up’ aft deck, offering direct access from the water to the expansive lounging pad. The garage provides large, easily accessible storage. The cockpit also has a well equipped wet bar including fridge and freezer space and a BBQ grill
Mechanically, she seems very well maintained, with a complete Volvo service history and light but consistent use. The engine room is an engineer’s dream! Descend the ladder and it opens into a neatly organised workspace that houses not only the two spotless main engines but also the generator, tanks, and all electrical systems.
This is a 3-cabin layout, featuring a spacious master suite forward and two matching twin cabins that easily convert into king-sized berths with a simple infill. Below deck, she’s gorgeous, with oak woodwork, leather upholstery, and a bright, airy open-plan design that cleverly masks her practicality. Storage is abundant, with ample fridge and freezer space, and she’s presented beautifully; fresh, clean, tidy and clearly well cared for
